This is a draft edition of the 2026-2027 catalog. Information contained within is subject to change.

The Bachelor of Science in Allied Health Management (BS-AHM) prepares students for a range of healthcare administrative and allied health roles by combining foundational health sciences knowledge with applied management and coding skills. Designed for both traditional and transfer students, the program offers flexible entry points and stackable credentials to support diverse educational and career goals.

The curriculum emphasizes healthcare systems, leadership, quality improvement, and the application of emerging technologies in healthcare delivery. Graduates are prepared for clinical, administrative, and evolving roles across healthcare organizations, with a focus on operational effectiveness and workforce readiness.

Students may enhance their degree by completing the university’s Medical Billing and Coding certificate, gaining practical skills aligned with healthcare reimbursement and compliance systems. Graduates are prepared to sit for the AAPC Certified Professional Coder (CPC)® and Certified Professional Biller (CPB)® certification exams. Students who hold an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) or Associate of Science (AS) degree in a health-related field may be eligible to transfer credits, allowing for accelerated progress toward the bachelor’s degree.
